Position : Oracle Financial Lead (Business Analyst) (CTH- 1 year extendable)
Exp : 8+ year's exp

Skills/Competencies:

Functional/ Domain: Retail Domain Desirable
One or more modules in Oracle financials AR/AP/GL/FA/CE Essential
Banking Domain Desirable

Technical: PL/SQL, Forms/Reports Essential
Oracle Dev Suite Essential
Workflow / Alerts / etc Desirable

Job Description

To work in the Group Oracle Financials team to participate and deliver OFI deployments a/ Roll out projects

Responsibilities

• Participate in OFI/ OFI related projects globally and deliver results.
• Engage with the business for As-is study of the business model, suggest and incorporate enhancements, new solutions for existing business OR to-be solutions for roll-outs or implementations.

Skills Required:

• 5-6 Years of core Experience in Oracle Financials Deployments and Implementations.
• 8-9 years of total IT experience. Atleat 3-4 Years in a Project Lead / Module lead role.
• Should have experience of directly and independently engaging with the business heads and leads, develop / deliver project plans on time and in budget.
• Should have experience in working with Technical / Functional resources of varied experience and mentor them
• CA / ICWA. MBA in Finance from Reputed universities.

Team player. Adaptable. Initiative to take on more and grow. Good verbal and written communication

Work Location: Bangalore
