Job Description:
PeopleSoft Team Lead/Tech Lead.
7-12 years of experience with PeopleSoft applications required.
Qualified candidates MUST have Global (India) localization experience in at least 2 full-cycle PeopleSoft Applications implementation projects.
PeopleSoft HR Senior Lead - Deep knowledge and hands-on design and configuration with PeopleSoft 8.9 and/or 9.0 including a substantive mix of the following modules:
HR, BEN, COMP, GP, WA, Self Service (employee and manager)
End-to-End PeopleSoft GL implementation
Must possess extensive technical knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM (PeopleCode, Application Designer and Application Engine) products to identify specific regulations, processes, self-service, and user-defined rules.
Must be able to minimize the data entry required as employees' transition between organizations while keeping customization to a minimum.
Experience in defining and setting up PeopleSoft HCM to achieve the required pay for the employee.
Ability to work successfully in a team environment and possess the flexibility/adaptability to changing requirements. Strong presentation/organization skills along with strong problem solving skills.
· Experience on PeopleSoft HRMS/CRM/ePerformance/Absence management/Time & Labor/Global Payroll table structure, People Tools, Peoplecode, SQR, Application Engine and component interface is a must.
· Excellent understanding of a systems development lifecycle methodology
· Good Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM/CRM/ePerformance/Global Payroll Database model.
· Liaises with users to determine the detail requirements for the applications and translate into technical design
· Perform testing, implementation and documentation of new developed applications using PS HCM v8.8/v9.0/v9.1, PeopleTools 8.48/8.49 and IBM DB2 Platforms
· In-depth thorough knowledge of PIA and Integration tools like WSRP, Integration Broker, and XML publisher.
· Ensure all development projects are completed according to plan.
Location:--> Gurgaon
Educational Background: BE/BTech , ME/MTech, MCA/MSc (one of these is a must)
