• Gather requirements from the users
• Understand and translate requirements into design
• Provide input on effort estimation to arrive at re sourcing plans
• Provide remote technical support through problem analysis and assistance
• •Participate in deployment, system testing, UAT (onsite and offshore)
• •Engage in peer reviews during design, coding and testing
• •Ensure adherence to quality processes
• •Prepare implementation plans when moving a code to production
• •Perform system testing and monitoring
• •Contribute to process improvement initiatives (best practices, six sigma etc)
• •Follow Knowledge Management process

Mandatory Skills / Requirement

Expert knowledge on Oracle Applications 11i Financial Modules (AR,AP,FA,GL,iexpense, iprocurement, ireceivables)
Excellent Communication skills and ability to engage on site resources on a daily basis

Desired Skills
Knowledge in Oracle Application Framework
Knowledge in Oracle Application Release 12
Familiarity with CRM modules will be an advantage
Exposure to Onsite-Offshore Model
