Manager – Account Management 

Responsibilities 
1.Recruit team of Search, Display and Creative Account Management Support teams in partnership with human resources. 
2.Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure that the teams meet their quality, productivity and turnaround time SLA objectives. 
3.Define metrics to measure the effectiveness and performance of the team deliverables. 
4.Define and operationalize new local processes to affect offshoring initiatives. 
5.Drive the strategic direction of the teams to constantly look for ways to improve operational efficiency, mitigate operational risk, promote employee welfare and expand value add to the organization. 
6.Communicate with senior management in formal reports and presentations and via ad hoc meetings. 
7.You will be expected to be an active member of the Yahoo! management team and you must be willing to travel as required.

Skills

Qualifications/Skills: 

1.Exceptional written and verbal English communications skills. 
2.Bachelor's degree from a top ranked university required. 
3.Management / Operations certification required 
4.Direct people management experience for the past five years with track record of success and increasing responsibility. 
5.Prior experience in a US or EU multinational corporation (MNC) required. 
6.Account Management / Sales Support background preferred 
7.Passion for building high performance teams. 
8.Strong work-ethic, flexible, creative problem solver, and knack for the Internet.
