Our client Agilent Technologies (www.agilent.com) "A Big MNC in Gurgaon/Manesar" has immediate opening:

Job Title: Business Process Specialist - Expert

Qualification -CA/ICWA/CFA/CISA/ SAP certified with 6-8 yrs of post qualification experience

Work Experience - 6-9 years post qualification exp in Project or Program
Management for financial modules, primarily in SAP ERP. Demonstrated
experience in financial process engineering and improvement initiatives.
Overall good grounding in Finance

Job Description:

- Ensure effective management of change associated with ERP financial
process changes – including enhancements and fixes.
- Ensure integration of solutions throughout the key business flow with an
end-to-end solution.
- Increase customer satisfaction - Effective, efficient Customer consulting
by identifying and recommending the innovation/improvement ideas for
solutions
- Increase speed to opportunity - Build/increase CPS capability, capacity &
flexibility, Contribution to CPS University and Progress per plan on
individual development plan


Key Knowledge & Skill Requirement:
- Strong knowledge and application of accounting skills, especially in the
areas of Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) – Accounts Payable, Accounts
Receivable, Inter company and Cash Management
- Strong Solution Engineering Skills - Ability to define complex business
problems, convert into solutions and fit into the overall finance system
architecture
- Must be system oriented & have an interest/ aptitude for developing skills
in new applications.
- Demonstrate customer orientation and sense of urgency to all deliverables.
- Understanding of Change Management Process
- Thorough understanding of Quality Processes, used for managing projects
and programs

Key "Off the Job Skills" Required:
- Ability to communicate effectively across different levels & geographies.
- Strong problem solving/troubleshooting and analytical skills.
