Requirement : SAP FICO Functional Support Expert

Tot Exp: 7 to 15 Yrs

Work Location :Bangalore (travelling to Mumbai and abroad to France and other countries might be required)

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
5 years+ of SAP FICO experience as consultant with complex and multiple projects (both complete Core template design / build / validation, roll-out and support)
Operational business experience (or good awareness)
Total experience should be 7 years+

Main SAP skills required is FICO

Note : The max package what can be offered would only be 10 Lpa

Responsibilities:

Highest level of expertise on bridge on his/her area. On demand support to Global Business Process and Operational Divisions Teams as well as partner in charge of administration of data centres (database administration, upgrades, performance, …)
Accountable of Core issues escalated to level 3. Ensure that tickets are properly responded to, fixed, tested and follows-up those until they are properly closed according to process defined. Support provided is functional (analysis, feed-back, recommendation, interaction with AM factory…). Customization and development activity will be handled by AM and Solution factories
Analyze content of releases on his/her area and recommend best organization as far as testing is concerned. Liaise with regional / local support teams and testing factory to ensure that release validation process is done properly
Analyze, challenge, validate recommendations and actions of partners (AM, Solution, MD and Testing factories) on his/her area
Liaise with Global Data Excellence and Business Process Leaders organization regarding problem solving and enhancement
Contribute, review and validate Core bugs & enhancements specification. Contribute to testing and validation
Support deployments (scoping, design, localization, testing, GoLive, transition to AM)


Key performance areas:

SAP and bridge functional knowledge on his/her area
Good understanding of business processes on his/her area (existing process, to be processes)
Ownership and accountability for issue identification and resolution, risk logging, progress reporting and progression through to resolution
Team working (interaction with lots of different teams â€" Regional and Local support, Core, Solution factory, Testing factory, …)
Customer centric and capacity to deliver high level of service


Accountabilities:

Required to comply with the regulatory regime in which the organization operates as appropriate to the above role

Reasonable level of Functional expertise to understand solution with special focus on master data
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to tailor communication to the intended audience (excellent English is a must)

Capacity to challenge partners as well as capacity to show added value in relationship with them
Self-motivated and able see tasks through to completion to required quality and timescale
Track record of delivery, rigorous
Ability to work under pressure and to agreed deadlines.



Desirable

Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role within an international context (multi-environments, multiple teams, concurrent deployment project)
Business experience or very good awareness on his/her area
Good knowledge of SAP functional (processes, available functionalities, …) and technical background (customizing, environment, transport orders, …), different stages of projects (run, deployments, testing, …) as well as project management skills (planning follow-up, team work, multiple teams interaction, …)
