Join the General Accounting and Reporting(GAR) Group.GAR is responsible for recording accounting transactions,reconciliations,month end close,compliance and reporting for various processes i.e. Revenue Accounting,Payroll Accounting,Fixed Assets,Treasury Accounting, Cash Management,Inter-company,General ledger, and Project Costing. The candidate will be placed in any of the above processes within GAR. You would be responsible for: -Providing administrative support in one or more of several specialty areas including Cost Accounting, Business Support, Financial Planning and Reporting, Accounting Services and Centralized Transaction. -Monitoring processes and the effectiveness of business controls and initiating improvements. -Ensuring proper control, recording and classification of transactions. -Using accounting and financial systems and tools to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries. -Analyzing accounts, records, reports, journals, vouchers, ledgers, and other documents for accuracy. -Prepare periodic reports utilizing multiple information sources, for use outside of the department. -Developing solutions to accounting problems within specialty area. -Providing the focal point for a wide spectrum of customer accounting transactions processing questions and issues. | |
| Qualifications : | Academic Qualification: B.Com and MBA (Finance) Work Experience: 0- <1 year of accounting experience. | |
