Requirement: Peoplesoft Finance Functional


Qualifications: MBA / CA / ICWA preferred
Experience Level: 3 to 20yrs

Relevant Experience:
• Total exp of 3 yrs+ in IT Consulting or Finance Line function
• 2 year+ of PeopleSoft FSCM (Ver 8.9/9 preferred) experience with multiple projects including Implementation, Upgrade and support
• Should have strong knowledge PS Financials and Supply Chain Module processes
• 3+ years of experience on Level 2 functional support
• Good in technical skills in PeopleSoft
• Operational business experience of working with ticket management tools and onshore-off shore model or support.
• Should have some experience of travelling abroad (US/Europe) on PeopleSoft Project works.

Skills Required
• Primary skill set of PeopleSoft Functional consultant.
• Hands on working experience in implementing PeopleSoft Financials modules version 8.8 or above in a functional role.
• Able to understand the current business process around the various PS modules and provide thought leadership on tailoring current business process to PeopleSoft delivered functionalities & capabilities.
• Functional knowledge of Order Management, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Billing, Inventory, Purchasing, Customer Contracts modules of PeopleSoft (version 8.8 or above).

Desired
• Preference would be given to candidates having at least one PeopleSoft Implementation experience.

Non-Technical
• Good communication skills, having problem solving and learning attitude.
• Should be a team player
• Worked in a client facing environment (especially NA clients)
• Be able to work with little supervision
• Excellent client interfacing skills
• Capable of conducting user training sessions
