Job Title:-Technical Services Manager

Supporting Hours:- Per Project requirement willing to work in 24 X 7 environment
Education:-Engineering / Science Graduate
Min Working Exp:-8+ Yrs in Core Infrastructure /Security. Minimum of 2 yrs exp in leading a team of Security professionals
Certification:- CISA/CISSP/GIAC/ or related Security Trainings completed
Other Skills :-Managed Security Services/Professional Security Services
Good Neutral English Speaking / Written Skills are Mandatory
Good Academic Track record in all Years

Roles:-

1. Hiring People to the skill required
2. Manage the Service Delivery of the Service Line / Scope of Service Assurance
3. Manage & Report metrics of the Employee Performance
4. People Mgmt - Motivation, Skill Development, Career Development and Service Planning etc
5. Reporting to Line 2 manager
6. Transitioning of accounts/projects (On-Boarding / off boarding of account)
7. Strategy Implementation / Roll Out
8. Security Control Posture of people & Accounts
9. Delivery Focal Manager Up to Max of 25FTE Size or Max of 3 Accounts
10. Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities..
11. Ability to guide his/her team and achieve the delivery targets
12. Employee utilization & Customer Briefing"
