Job Description:

2-5 Years Experience in MIS and PMO. Strong in MS-Excel.Good Communication skills.

Preferably having exposure to MSP/MSPS.

1.Project Plan Creation (Activity detailing, Impact analysis, sign offs).

2.Project monitoring (Project Status Reports).

3.Management Information System (MIS) reports preparation (Metric Analysis, Inventory).

4.Creating and Communicating Dashboard for IT Service Delivery department.

5.Inter-department co-ordination (Telecom Department, Information Security, Quality Assurance, Finance, Operation Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Facility Management Services, Software Application Team).

6.Vendor communications for Vendor Score Cards.

7.ISO Audit participation for ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.

8.Trainings for functional and operational knowledge.

9.Content Management System.
