Key Responsibilities:
• Take the complete responsibility of managing the accounts of the company. Ensure that accounts are timely & accurately done.
• Taking complete responsibility of the accuracy of company taxation transactions being booked in account & ensuring all statutory dues are deposited accurately & timely
• Ensuring timely & accurate submission of monthly/quarterly management reporting packs to UK. Also liaison with UK office for all adhoc MIS requirements on regular basis
• Need to manage the 5 member team & ensure that deliverables are timely done
• Take care of all STPI & custom related matters
• Ensure compliance for the ROC related maters by Liaisoning with the CS consultant on regular basis
• Liaison with Auditors & ensure timely completion of audit.
• Built new & improvise on the existing internal controls
• Keep the senior management updated for any new tax laws applicable to the company and the financial impact of the same • Interact with banking officials on a regular basis including on import related matters like LC opening, A1 payments, A2 payments, etc.

Job Specification:
• Should be a qualified Charted Accountant
• Minimum 3-4 years of Post qualification experience. Articleship from good audit firms will carry an additional preference.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience in taxation, accounts & management reporting.
• Good knowledge of Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting Analysis.
