Job Description

Responsibilities:

Highest level of expertise on his/her functional area. On demand support to Global Business Process and Operational Divisions Teams
Accountable of Core issues escalated to level 3. Ensure that tickets are properly responded to, fixed, tested and follows-up those until they are properly closed according to process defined. Support provided is functional (analysis, feed-back, recommendation, interaction with AM factory…). Customization and development activity will be handled by AM and Solution factories
Analyze content of releases on his/her area and recommend best organization as far as testing is concerned. Ensure that release validation process is done properly
Prepare Input data tables (IDT’s) for automation execution
Qualify defects noticed during automation/manual runs and create them in Solution Manager in a language suitable for Business.
Support deployments/Level3 support on a NEED basis (scoping, design, localization, testing, GoLive, transition to AM)

Key performance areas:

SAP and bridge functional knowledge on his/her area
Good understanding of business processes on his/her area (existing process, to be processes)
Ownership and accountability for issue identification and resolution, risk logging, progress reporting and progression through to resolution
Team working (interaction with lots of different teams â€" Regional and Local support, Core, Solution factory, Testing factory, …)
Customer centric and capacity to deliver high level of service

Accountabilities:

Required to comply with the regulatory regime in which the organization operates as appropriate to the above role
Employees are expected to exercise due care and diligence, ensuring the areas the incumbent is responsible for are organised and controlled
Employees are required to observe proper standards of market, business and personal conduct, demonstrating integrity in the execution of duties
The incumbent is required to respect the Schneider Electric approach to client care and must demonstrate due regard to the interests of our clients and in any and all third party dealings.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

5 year+ of SAP experience as consultant with complex and multiple projects (both complete Core template design / build / validation, roll-out and support)
Operational business experience (or good awareness)
Total experience should be 7 years+
