Department Description •Senior IT Support Engineer ( Software Tools & application), (E7)

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
•Manage the day to day IT Application Infrastructure & Manage the Application availability
•Manage the Clear case infrastructure and Administration
•System Monitoring and Performance fine tuning
•Manage Tickets in on-line systems: Activate tickets upon review, Escalate issues if necessary, close tickets upon completion.
•License Management, Internal Controls and Audit Management
• Procurement Support & Manage Hardware failures

Specific Knowledge/Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Computer Science,
• Knowledge on Software Configuration Management (Clear case) & Administration is essential
• Solaris Certification or Certified Microsoft professional (MCSA or MCSE) or RHCE is optional
• Thorough knowledge on windows 2000/2003 server environment.
•Knowledge of L2 level support in LINUX & SUN platform.
•Good Networking knowledge (LAN/WAN/Switches/routers)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
•Aptitude; and the ability and complete tasks with minimal direction
•Strong problem solving and customer related skills and ability to interact well with people of all levels – internally and externally.
•Ability to prioritize and deliver service, to agreed service levels, within a diverse and constantly changing technical environment
