The candidates from Noida have to be willing to re-locate to Bangalore and Chennai.
Problem Manager :-
Total exp should be of minimum 5 years
Exposure to one or more of the infrastructure technologies such as Unix,
DBA and Windows Servers
Exposure to ITIL processes. ITIL foundation certification is not mandatory, but will be an added advantage
Change Manager: -
Total exp should be of minimum 5 years

Incident Manager: -
Own the Incident Management process within IBM
Ensure that the provision of the service is restored as quickly, ensuring the best possible level of service quality and availability and compliance with service levels.
Deliver benefits to the Customer including:
Services are restored as quickly as possible, in a controlled and managed fashion, following an Incident the impact of an Incident on the
Customer business operations is minimized Incidents are managed proactively in the interest of the Customer Reduced disruption for IT support staff and End Users
End-to-End management of high severity incidents reported from the point of initiation to the point of resolution. Participate in the escalation process and involve the appropriate
service manager as required. Escalate high severity incidents to the Customer Incident Managers and provide initial analysis or resolution reports to the customer and higher management.
5. Configuration manager
Candidate should have 4+ years of experience with following skills:
1. Should have ITIL process knowledge
2. Should understand configuration management process
3. Should have exposure to Project Management process
4. Should have good knowledge in Excel and Macros
5. Should have good communication and analytical skills
6. Basic knowledge of TADDM will be an added advantage

Owns End-to-End management of Service.
Customer Interface / Focal for CfM Service (Action Items, Process, Issues).
Manage Billing and Recovery for Service.
Track/Manage Tivoli License Requirements (DCMDB and End-Point).
Manage Delivery Teams (Config Librarian's) priorities and resources.
Manage Delivery Teams (Config Librarian's) overall workload.
Submit Customer/Service SR's/PR’s for support team.
Track all problem, change, and action item activities.
Generate TADDM configuration management metric reports for each account and overall service.
Collect and evaluate trending data
