Global Solution Center, Bangalore (GSCB) located in Bangalore, GSCB provides multimodal support of Voice, Chat & E-mail in 24/7 shifts servicing all the English speaking consumers in geographies of Americas, Asia-Pacific and also EMEA regions. Our center provides remote solution support from Level 0 รข€" Level 2 for a variety of HP products like desktops, laptops, handhelds, servers & storage.
GSCB provides technical services - such as a Help Desk - for enterprise customers ranging from laptops to data centers. GSCB is geared to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction by tailoring contact center services to meet specific client requirements with high levels of accuracy and speed.

Qualifications
Your Profile:
Education: Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or Master's (graduate) degree in a technical/scientific discipline
Should have more than 4+ Years Total Experience with relevant Experience of around 2+ Years.
Strong VMware ESX Troubleshooting Skills.
Should have worked in large VMware Infrastructure setup.
Should be interested to work in Indian Night Shift Completely.
• Commitment to deliver high quality product and solution support
• Must achieve excellent customer satisfaction through managing customer expectations, clear communications and elevating cases through to the next level of support when necessary
• Perform robust and timely case documentation
• Take ownership and work with high productivity and efficiency
• Participate in the creation of knowledgebase articles
• Support team members and seek their advice to make decisions on complex issues
• Communicate business opportunities
• Be a part of and support a team at a worldwide level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in interacting/Supporting Level 1 Support teams and Customers
• High Analytical/Troubleshooting skills
• A 'service and support' mind-set
• A team-player who works well with other team members
