Job Description
The individual will supervise the TS Implementation Team. The individual will ensure that implementation requests are processed within the SLA
The individual will:
- Supervise Implementation Team Associates
- Provide courage for volume spikes in implementation requests and staff absence.
- Supervise and provide support for Implementation Associates.
- Serve as escalation point for Client issues.
- Assist and backup the Implementation Associates workflow.
- Act as central point of contact for coordinating with required JPMorgan Chase partners (i.e., service, ops, and sales) to ensure completion of requests within agreed upon timeframes.
- Ensure issues are escalated as appropriate.
- Provide verbal and written status updates to business partners.
- Meet or exceeds scorecard objectives.
- Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities.
- Adhere to all JPMorgan Chase and Department policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Graduates (BCOM/BMS) / CA's/ MBA's with four to six years of experience
- Strong English verbal and written communications skills.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching / mentoring other employees are essential.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Technologically proficient and have attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem solving skills to quality control are essential.
- Ability to seek counsel with appropriate individuals on questionable or unprecedented issues.
- Ability to adapt to changing environment.
- Ability to make rational, quick judgments to problem situations.
- Aptitude for analyzing issue and information accurately and implementing changes that improve performance.
- Ability to utilize management information reports and metrics to ensure success of team objective.
- Has to be extremely client-focused and result-oriented in approach
