Global CRM IT Manager-090007C1
Description
· Ability to quickly leverage marketing, project management, reporting and technology competencies in a direct to customer, business-to-business focused CRM organization
· Plans and implements future development of the resources and services supporting CRM globally for the Small and Medium Business Division
· Direct the collection, assimilation, and dissemination of business requirements for infrastructure projects
· Provide training on new CRM and Campaign solutions to CRM Team;
· Regularly evaluate Dell's existing marketing strategies to make recommendations on data sourcing, tools, and business processes
· Communicate effectively both orally and in writing to management about CRM Systems and marketing databases
· Acts as the primary interface of the marketing organization to IT
· Review competitive landscape to ensure that Dell is partnering or sourcing best-of-breed services
· Monitor and report on the solution-set of Dell's competitors
Qualifications
· A degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or equivalent
· Minimum of 5 years experience in database marketing, campaign management, and/or sales force automation infrastructure build out projects
· Minimum of 5 years experience in data-driven strategies
· Blend of technical experience in a Marketing Department or Agency environment
· Prior experience in direct B2B marketing required
· Working knowledge of B2B compiled data sources
· CRM, Web reporting, and campaign management software experience is strongly desired.
