Currently we are having an opening for an assignment with one of the Leading Learning Solutions Provider for the position of Manager / Senior Manager General Ledger to be based at Gurgaon.
Job Description :
Balance sheet review and reconciliations including Bank, Debtors, Creditors, Payrolls, GR, IR accounts
Period End Close activities, including closing of ledgers
Closing and Reporting of Books, Balance sheet preparation, Related schedules
FA (Capitalization, Retirement additions, depreciations etc.)
Ensure that all monthly deliverables are met as per close calendar
Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
Fixed Assets accounting and managing asset under construction
Review month end closing balances and perform routine variance analysis in order to identify and correct errors
Accrual / prepayment / recharge journal entries
Preparation of cost center and management reports
Cash Forecasting, Deduction Analysis, Accrual Adjustment, Report Analysis and Reconciliation (For Sales Accounting)
Identify process improvement opportunities
Ensuring that all applicable metrics are met as per SLA and timely reported
