We have immediate opening with one of the our client is Lance Soft INC, Bangalore for the position of Project Manager / Principal Consultant, Bangalore.

Position: Project Manager / Principal Consultant Reporting To: Practice Head

Role & responsibilities:

•Prepare the business specification documents for solutions defined outside the application
•Project Planning / Management
•Project Estimation / Cost estimation
•Resource Planning
•Interact with the customers
•Responsible for Pre-sales activity
•Project co-ordination
•Development of the team
•Team Management
•Owner of Quality Processes
•Risk & change Management

Competence:
Experience:

•More than 5 years of Oracle Applications experience
•At least 4 Project Life Cycle experience

Qualification:

•Masters from a fairly reputed business school (Preferred)
•BE / MCA Preferred / Any Graduate

Skills:

•PL/SQL
•Oracle D2K (Forms, Reports)
•In depth expertise in various modules of Oracle E-business suite like OPM, OM, AR, AP, FA, GL
•Working knowledge of various operating systems like Linux, Unix etc.
•Integration with third party applications
•Proficiency in his/her area of specialization.
•Analytical Skills
•People management
•Client Management
