Urgent Opening-Sr Manager – Accounts Payable
Location-Gurgaon
Reporting to- AVP(Finance & accounts)
Company- A leading MNC in insurance sector
Compensation- 10-11 lakh p.a

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Timely Disbursements Vendors & Employees (non-payroll) with adherence to Policies and Documentation
 To ensure effective implementation of Vendor Management policy, Disbursement process and updation of system at all locations.
 To initiate Cost reduction initiatives for all operating expenses including outsourcing the accounts payable activity.
 To ensure audit rating of <=2
 To effective lead a process oriented team for disbursements within a cost-effective model and to ensure effective Coordination with all interfaces to the department.
 Minimal attrition rate and high engagement levels
 Train constituent department/location representative on disbursement process incl. accounting
 Maintain Disbursement dashboards and do Rootcause analysis / solutions of bottlenecks in disbursement process
 Manage Discrepancies and ensure appropriate communication
 Control wing-to-wing of disbursement process

MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

CA with at least 7/8 years of relevant experience
Experience in leading a team of atleast 20-30 people.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Result orientation
Experience of at least 6-7 years in Accounts Payable.
Ability to handle a team and work with them.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a competitive environment.
Conceptual understanding of payment processes, Delegation authority and build the same in the business.
Ability to prepare power point presentations, Dash boards etc
Customer Centricity.
