Designation: Team Lead/Assistant Manager
Skill Set: General Ledger
Qualification: Any Commerce Graduate
Job Location: Chennai
Responsibilities:
• Review duplicate invoices and void invalid duplicate transactions
• Respond to customer queries on deliverables
• Help team members to fix the issues in daily activities
• Act as first level of escalation on delivery issues
• Fix the errors in records that fall out from automatic data flow between systems
• Supervision of Associates and Staff Accountants work
• Account reconciliations including bank and other GL accounts
• Inventory reconciliations, accounting and reporting
• Call up stores, distribution centers and employees to collect information for journal entries
• Working familiarity of various office equipment (telephone, computer, fax, copier, etc.)
• Must be PC proficient in MS Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, Internet/Intranet
• Accounting-Basics
• Ability to type 25-30 wpm
• Must be able to accommodate flexible work schedule based on business needs
• Must be willing to work in night shift
