We have Very good Opening with J P Morgan Chase Mumbai for IMCD Control Profile

Accountable for ensuring IMSD conducts its operations in a secure, controlled and regulatory compliant manner based on the Control Framework which maps to the SAS70 User Access Management Standards.

- Accountable for executing the risk, control and compliance program for IMSD and minimizing the impact of risk or control breaks on both IMSD Operations and the LOB partners.

 

Due-diligence/New Business Service Requests

Perform Control Reviews against the IMSD Framework for current Services and identify control gaps, process breaks, non standard toolsets or ad-hoc workflows, and recommend remediation strategy and timeline
Participate in post migration reviews for IMSD work taken on.
Perform Control Reviews for all new business requests for IMSD Service.
OCR to opine on output of all reviews (new business and retrospective) and their timeline for remediation.

Track Performance against the Control Framework/Quality Assurance of Controls

Perform sample testing to ensure KPIs/SLAs are being met and align to the Control Framework objectives

CSA/Standards and Policies

Setup of IMSD CSA hierarchy with ORM/IRM, map applicable CSA Controls to IMSD
Ensure Compliance is maintained to the JPMC Standards and Policies.

Regulatory Oversight

Point of Contact for all information requested via regulator or audit related reviews
Monitor all open items relating to Regulator/audit requests complete with ownership, target dates, remediation plans. Drive closure to plan.

Qualifications / Work Exp

- Basic Graduation

- 7 to 8 yrs of experience in Controls functions (Business/ Tech Operations) in Financial Industry

- Should have independently Conducted Audits/ Self assessments

- Setup SLAs & monitoring

- Sound understanding of Risk Mgmt/ Qulaity Assurance best practices and global framework (SoX, SAS 70...etc)

- Certifications like CISA/CISSP would be preferable
