We are having the below mentioned requirement with our client.

 

PeopleSoft - FSCM Functional
Location: Bangalore

We require pure functional lead consultants and see below the job description for this profile, we require overall 8+ yrs of exp. with following on PeopleSoft FSCM.

FSCM: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL, Asset Management, PO, Contracts. ESA

• Multiple PeopleSoft projects (implementations) in PeopleSoft 8.8 or higher.
• 4+ years of PeopleSoft implementation experience with external clients.
• Must understand PeopleSoft processes and concepts as they relate to ERP implementations.
• Must have experience in leading and completing the full life cycle development of PeopleSoft Financials.
• Process design and application configuration is a Must.
• Document all gaps and work with the client and the custom development team to determine gap resolutions.
• To identify ways to redesign business processes and/or implement FSCM Solutions technology required to successfully solve business problems.
• Must be creative, innovative, and be able to work in a fast t-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
• Final design approval and configuration of the application.
• Work with the end users and business owners to map PeopleSoft Applications standard processes to the business needs of the client.
• Lead effort for your functional area and coordinate changes.
• Contribute to the training development for users of his/her business area.
• Project planning, estimating, tracking and reporting.
• Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex issues/problems. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables.
• Take part in PeopleSoft application configuration and Fit/Gap sessions.
• Develop, perform and facilitate application testing programs.
• Write Functional specification for interfaces, customization and reports in PeopleSoft. Must be good in Functional Design / Design documentation and co-ordination with Technical Team
• Consistent ability to work seamlessly with clients, respond to competing requests and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, all while delivering positive outcomes that are sure to catapult into a leadership role where you"ll be able to own your own projects and implement PeopleSoft solutions with the best.
