Job Description: Migration Manager
Location
Noida
Experience
• 6-8 years of total work experience, of which last 2-4 years should have been in the BPO industry.
• Good understanding of project management tools and practices
• Should have migration experience, preferably back office processes
Responsibilities
• Plan for and execute effective knowledge transfer, change management, engage with client for ensuring sufficient support is available
• Baselining SLAs, assisting clients in setting up SLAs, data collection.
• Responsible for smooth handover to Operations based achievement of agreed deliverables.
• Develop and maintain all applicable project documentation, including Project Charter, Issue Log, Action Log, Risks, FMEA, Process Maps, etc.
• Exposure to Six Sigma
