Experience : 5+ yrs
Qualification: M.Com/ MFM/MBA (Finance/Commerce)
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:-
1. Post Graduate in Commerce/ Finance (M.Com/ MFM/MBA Finance)
2. 5+ years of Post Qualification experience in Relevant Static/Reference Data process in
Banks or any other Organization.
3. Previous experience in a BPO or Transaction processing business required
4. Good Communication skills
5. Good Client Handling Skills.
6. Demonstrated Experience of handling large teams
7. Good interpersonal skills with excellent man-management capabilities.
8. Good analytical skills.
9. Aptitude for understanding technology
10.Independent decision making.
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:-
• Strong knowledge of Running Operations and Service Delivery
• Strong interpersonal and influence management skills
• Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units
• Ability to manage team consisting of highly skilled team members
• Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to problem solve with a win-win negotiation approach
• Ability to lead people on large, multi-functional efforts and work in a matrix reporting environment
• Advanced knowledge of PC technology-DOS, applications and on-line tools especially Excel
• Expert knowledge of service procedures
• Excellent Customer facing skills and ability to build rapport with clients.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1.Process:
• Responsible for service delivery of overall process in Account Setup/ Amendments as required
from Time to time across a Particular Geography.
• Ensure Smooth Operations of Process
• Anticipate issues and ensure proactive actions are taken to avoid disruption to business.
• Responsible for measuring the daily process metrics and devise initiatives to improve the same
• Responsible for implementing tools and methods as per internal WBPO requirements
• Focus on stabilizing the process and meeting the customer expectation while optimizing the cost.
• Implement and monitor various development initiatives identified for the domain
• Provide functional support and direction to the team on customer support needs.
2.People:
• Role will include managing a team, supporting multiple geographies, managing SLA's managing
metrics
• Monitor Performance of Team leaders and Supervisors.
• Monitor the performance of the process and assist the teams if required
• Skip levels within team to ensure that there is no major issues that impacts staffing or
Business needs.
• Monitor and Manage Performance appraisals
• Assist with training and identifying training needs within the group
• Responsible for overall team leadership
3.Communication:
• Attend calls with Process Owners to provide regular update/Feedback on performance of
Operations team.
• Team briefing and building accountability.
• Provide sourcing/recruitment needs for the process.
4.Others:
• Implement productivity improvement methods/tools from time to time
• Initiate process Improvements to reduce cost and risk.
• High Level Strategic planning
