Skills: Finance background with Business Process experience.

Experience:

Process Experts: 2 to 3 years relevant experience is mandatory.
Process Expert Leads: 3 to 5 years relevant experience and the consultant should be leading a team.

Job Description:

Process experts:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or Master Degree in Finance or Business Administration
Language: Fluent in English

General Ledger Accounting:

Qualification

Experience: Acceptable: 2-3 years in accounting or finance positions.

System Skills: Must: Microsoft Office medium level. Nice to have: SAP R/3 and BW/SAP reporting tools, Oracle, Legacy HP applications.

Personal Skills: English communication skills, written and oral. Analytical/Initiative. Focused to Quality and integrity. Ability to work in a virtual environment. Finance/accounting understanding. Problem solving and analysis skills. Ability to work autonomously. Flexibility

Accounts payables

Qualifications:

Finance related degree desired
Accounts Payables experience
Process Improvement experience
Minimum 2 years SAP FI/CO experience
SAP consulting experience is a plus
Project / Program Management experience

Inter Company process analyst

Qualification

Master's degree (graduate) in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance preferred, or equivalent business experience
Project or direct experience in one or more of the following areas:
Knowledge of financial systems, especially IC related
Practical/process experience for problem diagnosis
Prior experience in finance or accounting roles, IC a plus
Project management experience (wish)
