Job description
* Go through Incident and events databases on a daily basis
Major incident review
• End to End responsibility for Problem Records.
• Investigate Root Cause on request from the Service Manager (have to be approved by the Customer Facing Problem Manager.)
• Assess data in order to identify and record Problem Records, or relate incidents to existing problems or known errors.
• Classify, and assign Problem Records to relevant assignment groups.
Participate in meetings initiated by the Danish Customer facing Problem Manager.
• Monitor the status and progress of problems; escalate to ensure KPI's are met.
• Identify and Record Problems based on Trend Analysis
• Engage in identifying and resolving complex problems
• A Group Leader with good knowledge of the Service and related processes
Responsibility for delivering steady state services
Functionality, efficiency and capacity.
• Skills and resource management
• More that 6 years of desired experience required
