Technical:

2) Application Engine

3) Component Interface

4) Crystal

5) SQR

6) nVision

For skills 1 thru 5 listed above they must have Design, Develop, Modification & Debug experience.
In addition exposure to Oracle is a must with experience in performance tuning.
