Position : Business Design Lead
Job Description & Responsibilities :
Define, own and maintain the definitive statement of the business scope for the Wave, and for each implementation within the Wave.
Define and own the business requirements for the Wave and for each implementation within a Wave
Ensure that the design of new business processes looks for simplicity and delivery of benefits. I.e. that they are not over-engineered, or use technology where it offers little benefit v cost.
Define non-functional requirements e.g. performance
Ensure traceability between the requirements, design and test
Work with the Test Manager and Bops' to develop acceptance criteria, including user acceptance tests
Experience : 5 - 9 Years
