1. End to End implementation with special emphasis on Requirements Gathering, AS-IS TO BE blueprinting, Solution Design/Blueprint, UAT and Product Test, Deployment, Training and End User post go-live support
2. Significant amount of client place experience at large industry leading corporations
3. Skilled in client handling, expectations management
4. Demonstrated experience as work stream/module lead (for TL/AM candidates)
5. Ability to drive design discussions including conducting Conference Room Pilots, decision papers and process definition documents
