Title Position: Business Change Lead.

Job Description:-
As Business Change Lead:
- Develop and own the high level roadmap to ensure waves of transformation are aligned with the business calendar
- Ensure that the roadmap recognises interdependencies with non=SRM activity e.g. Operations Review, TOM
- Work with Business design lead to assess the magnitude of the business change based on the scope and requirements.
- Work with the business to understand the Business Changes & Capability development needed to deliver the business benefits
- Work with the business to ensure they understand the changes and feel supported and empowered through the process
- Ensure all Training activity is developed and delivered
- Ensure all programme communications are appropriate and fit for purpose
- Create, develop and manage stakeholder engagement activity across the programme.

* Business Change Lead will have a team of change management, training and communications staff
