Position Title : ERP FMS Functional Analyst

Position Purpose: To provide expert knowledge and ability to design, configure and document PeopleSoft Financials modules, ensuring effective and efficient interpretation of business requirements.

Major Responsibility Areas
Incident & Problem Solution Design & Consultancy
• Deliver superior customer service to key business customers through maintaining advanced knowledge of all current FMS PeopleSoft modules including GL, eProcurement, eAssets, ePayables
• Proactively build co-operative working relationships with customers including Shared Services Business Systems, People Capital Shared Services, and Finance Shared Services
• Comprehensive understanding of key strategy & business imperatives of customers, accountable for having detailed documentation in place
• Proactive identification and implementation of improvements to system functionality with continuous improvement focus

Technology/Solutions Delivery
• Provide complete solutions from commencement to solution delivery for requirements of customers
• Identify opportunities for innovative and cost effective solution options to business work requests
• Provide accurate and reliable effort estimates for work requests
• Deliver compliant Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes in line with agreed standards, driving the ongoing development of these processes
• Provide management status reports of all stages of the SDLC

Leadership and Strategy
• Proactively mentor other HCM functional & technical team members, improving overall knowledge in HCM modules

Technology Governance
Building partner relationships with other EAS management, apply professional standards & productivity management by:
• Compliance to technology design framework and Group standards
• Accountable for all relevant work requirements being gathered, documented and signed off
• Align technology initiatives to ANZ’s vision of strategic systems
• Salvage existing systems & modules where appropriate

Essential Experience
• 5+ years Experience in development or support of PeopleSoft FMS modules
• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or relevant experience consistent with ANZ policy
• ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) IT- Service Management - Practioner or Masters Certification - Incident, Change, IT Service Continuity
• A Business or IT professional with extensive experience in consulting and advising customers on the use of PeopleSoft FMS modules
• Extensive experience in PeopleSoft FMS modules with an emphasis on GL, eProcurement, eAssets, ePayables preferably from multiple customer sites
• Strong communications capabilities
• Strong knowledge of SDLC with high process orientation
• Ability to work collaboratively across organisational boundaries and build strong working relationships with customers
• Broad industry knowledge of the PeopleSoft application highly desirable
• Knowledge of the business drivers and objectives of the internal customer base highly desirable
• Investigates, resolves and escalates problems with customer focus

Desired Experience
• Experience in PS Infrastructure, technologies â€" AE, SQR, CI and Integration Broker Version
• SQL Server skills
• Control-M monitoring skills
