Requirements gathering, preparation of requirements specifications documents. Gap analysis and Impact analysis documents

Preparation of Business Blue Print document and business process document.

Configuration-FI Module: Configuration and creation of Enterprise Structure, Chart of Accounts which includes number range assignment, fiscal year variant, field status variant, fields configuration, Business area creation, Company code creation, Cross company accounting settings, enabling parallel currencies, Tax procedure analysis and assignment to country

Accounts Payable including Banks: Vendor master group creation and vendor masters creations, enabling Special GL accounting, enabling Automatic Payment Program (APP), (FBZP), enabling Electronic Bank Reconciliation setting and House Bank & Id. Creation of corresponding reconciliation accounts for the vendors, Credit Card Payments.

Customization for CFM ( Treasury & Risk Module) for all 13 companies, the customization of product types like Fixed Deposits, Forwards, Options, Fixed Interest Bonds, Zero Coupon bonds, Investment in Subsidiaries, Investment in Other Companies, Mutual Funds.

All Consultants should have strong communication skills and be comfortable interacting with senior business leaders

Should have Leadership quality & should lead a team.
