Immediate Opening for Change Management - Chennai

We have an opening with Magna Infotech CMMI LEVEL-3 Company ( ) for Change Management.

You would like to be working with one of our client “Logica†[] for Chennai Location.

Position: Change & Request Management Coordinator
Client: CMM Level 5
Exp : 4 - 8 yrs
Location : Chennai
Number of Positions: 10 (Only immediate Joiners)

Job Description :
As part of the Offshore ITIL Service Management team of IM, we are looking for Change and Request Coordinator. A coordinator coordinate, conduct quality assurance of incoming activities, plan, follow up and report upon activities to stakeholders. All incoming activities shall come through our support system HP ServiceCenter. The coordinator will work very closely to Service Managers and the production planer within ET&A to make sure we solve and follow up the activities as promised. The Process coordinator is responsible for coordination within the process and work as the focal-point for all activities that initiates the process and thereby influences customers and the delivery for all Logica Infra Solution delivery/business units.

Following responsibilities and authorities will the coordinator have;
- Manage and control that the process is performed according to actual process description
- Responsibility to perform daily improvements to the process eg. create standard changes,
- Improve the effectiveness of the process by automations, create checklists and guidelines.
- Make sure ET&A work according to processes
-support the organization to work according to the processes when a request or change is needed  
Required skills
- Total of 5 years of Service Delivery experience
â€"- 2 to 3 years of Change and service desk experience
Experience/Comfort level with typical IT oriented systems & infrastructure components (PCs, networks, MicroSoft operating systems, etc)
â€"Very good understanding Service center as a ticket system
- Very good at creating documentation, instructions and guidlines
- Experience of performing training
- Analytical skills
- troubleshooting
-ITIL ver 2 and 3
- Several years of experience of Change Management
- Several years of experience of Request for service Management
ITIL certification is mandate

It is very innovative as well as informative and touches People centric issues in HR management which is often ignored by mainstream business magazines and newspapers.

Their last issue had an exclusive article by Robert Kaplan.

It's also relatively cheaper than the other moolah guzzling management magazines. I think the annual subscription rate is about Rs 400 for a year.
