Nice job. A really good and informative post. Its always good to see people do something innovative. I suggest you also check out this new magazine - People Matters. It is very innovative as well as informative and touches People centric issues in HR management which is often ignored by mainstream business magazines and newspapers.

Their last issue had an exclusive article by Robert Kaplan.

It's also relatively cheaper than the other moolah guzzling management magazines. I think the annual subscription rate is about Rs 400 for a year.

I got its online subscription through their website http://peoplematters.in.

If you like it, do suggest it to others like I am doing.

Hi, probably our entry may be off topic but anyways, I have been surfing around your blog and it looks very professional. It’s obvious you know your topic and you appear fervent about it. I’m developing a fresh blog plus I’m struggling to make it look good, as well as offer the best quality content. I have learned much at your web site and also I anticipate alot more articles and will be coming back soon. Thanks you.
