(www.mayurbatra.com) , a Professional-cum-Consulting Firm, part of an global association of independent accounting and business advisory firms, representing the combined expertise of more than 143 members firms with 340 offices in over 66 countries around the world, providing bookkeeping, Audit, Assuance Services and corporate Advisory Services in the field of Direct and Indirect Tax laws, a whole range of services on international Taxation and other Commercial laws applicable in India to a large number of foreign & domestic corporate"s

Job description : Would be responsible for providing corporate Advisory Services in the field of Direct and Indirect Tax laws, International Taxation, Tax Assuarances, transfer pricing certification/documentation foreign clients for their set up"s in India along with large domestic corporates. The entrusted area shall also include renduring consultancy services in relation to commercial laws applicable in India.

Qualification Skills : Qualified Chartered Accountant with similar experience and having good knowledge of Domestic Direct and Indirect tax laws, Tax Treaties & other corporate laws. The candidates shall have good skills of working on MS-Office, internet, operating accounting softwares and good communication skills.

Experience : 4+ years after post qualification(CA) experience
