Work Exp: 4 â€"12yrs.

PeopleSoft Technical Consultant

Qualification: Professional Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Certification: PeopleSoft Certification (Desirable not mandatory).

Required Skills:

• At least one full SDLC lifecycle implementation in Finance / ESA / HCM suites.
• Hands on experience in working with People soft version 8.9 / 9.0 and People Tools version 8.48 or above.
• Hands on experience in PeopleCode, Application Engine, PS Query, Crystal Reports, Component Interface and Integration Broker & SQR.
• Experience in interacting and handling end customers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Desirable skills:

• Worked in Software / Service Industry.
• Worked in Internal projects before.

Data Migration Expert:

• Strong understanding of the PeopleSoft Data Model across modules
• Strong understanding of the PeopleSoft Security Architecture
• Strong understanding of Oracle Databases, Database theory, especially from Performance enhancement point of view
• Strong PL/SQL programming skills
• Exposure to interface development in at least 2 previous projects
• Experience in at least 2 upgrades of PeopleSoft
