We are looking for Messaging (Exchange Server) Professionals with the following requisites:

• Ensure escalations from Operations Management team are handled well and on time (handling Incident and Events are NO 1 priority for the NOC).
• Responsible for Project Deliverables
• Managing Task
• Problem Management
• Change Management
• Configuration ( CMDB/inventory ) Management
• Capacity planning performance tuning

• To document WINS/SOP/Documents/How to's
• To Build and maintain Knowledge Base for the NOC
• Team technical Building
• Daily Meet with the Team
• Knowledge Transfer
• Technical discussion
• To conduct Daily Triage

• Design, Test and implement messaging related technologies
• Will be a member of Service Restoration Team (SRT) during an emergency situation
• Plan and implement Disaster Recovery solution
• Testing and implementing application related patches and service packs
• Responsible for transitioning support to IT Operations- Centre of Excellence
• Training and mentoring IT Operations- Centre of Excellence
• Responsible for smooth operations

Mandatory
ï‚Ÿ Minimum qualification B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (Full Time)
ï‚Ÿ 4 - 8 years, at least 1 year in Remote Mgmt
ï‚Ÿ Basic knowledge of call logging system (BMC Remedy, Peregrine, etc.)

ï‚Ÿ EXCHANGE
ï‚Ÿ Advance level knowledge in exchange 2003 administration and troubleshooting
ï‚Ÿ Active directory administration and advanced troubleshooting skills
ï‚Ÿ AD LDAD related tools like LDIFDE and CSVDE
ï‚Ÿ Exchange 2003 disaster recovery planning and implementation
ï‚Ÿ Exchange 2003 migration and related issues
ï‚Ÿ Exchange 2003 Outlook Web access
ï‚Ÿ Good knowledge in troubleshooting SMTP related issues
ï‚Ÿ Familiar with Public folder related troubleshooting and administration
ï‚Ÿ Windows 2003 OS troubleshooting


Nice to have

• Experience in troubleshooting and administrating Symantec Enterprise Vault
• Experience in BlackBerry Server management
• Experience in HP SAN
• Scripting technologies like WMI, LDAP, MAPI, and CDO
• Experience in MS SQL and SQL scripts
• Experience in MOM
• Project Management Skills
