we have opening with Bharti Airtel for Sr. Manager-Information Security position.

Role : Sr. Manager/ Manager, National Level

Job Location : Corporate Office, Gurgaon

Experience Required: B.E./MCA/MSc-IT, BSc with 6+ years of work experience along with sound exposure on Informaion Security domain.

We have some positions as given below on Information Security domain, all are Sr. Manager, National level and part of Central Security Team which have to look after IT Security of all business of Bharti Airtel Group.

Position #1:

Sr. Manager – Risk Management

The main purpose of this job is to formulate a framework to manage Information Security Risks.

Maintain and publish a Risk Management Dashboard, wherein the risks would be tracked alongwith their mitigation status, which would help in measuring the effectiveness of information security posture of the organisation.

Position #2:

Sr. Mgr - Application Security

Information security in Bharti Airtel is undergoing a paradigm shift from infrastructure and network centric security to application centric security. This job exists to play a pivotal role in this shift. The incumbent would update the application security framework in step with evolving threats and mitigation techniques; monitor and review the evaluation of applications done by partners in IT and Networks; interact with business, IT and Network teams who have initiated the application development or change and guide them about the security requirements; manage the Application Security dashboard and harmonize it with related dashboards such as Architecture's Registered Internal Applications (RIA) dashboard; guide the SOD management process; and be a catalyst in the next shift to data-centricity.

Position #3:

Sr. Mgr-Security Policies, Training, Privacy & Change Management

This job exists to create, update and manage information security policies, information security training, customer and employee privacy and Enterprise-wide Change Management. These activities would be conducted to ensure that the organisation's information security posture is able to keep pace with the organisational business strategies and emerging information security threats and vulnerabilities.
