Change Manager Openings with our CMMi Level 5 Client

Currently we have openings with our client IBM India Pvt Ltd, for the position of Global Change Manager
Work Location: Chennai

Total Experience: Overall 4+yrs of Experience and complete atleast 12 months in their current role
Job description
## Global Change Manager - person who is self motivated, global process owner and can move SE, UK and US CM from region to India and run Global CAM meetings
• The Global Change Service Manager will own the Change Management process within IBM and will be responsible for the control of all Changes requested via the IBM Service Desk.
• All customer and end-user changes must be requested via the Service Desk and all change related escalations must be made via the Service Desk.
Regional Change Advisory Boards will be run to review changes within region.
Changes with Global impact will be forwarded to the Global Change Advisory Board for review.
• The IBM and AstraZeneca Change Managers and the appropriate IBM and AstraZeneca Global Service Managers will be required to attend the Change Advisory Boards.
• Make sure that the Global Change process is followed in all regions.Chair the Global Change Advisory BoardsFeel free to discuss and send across your update resume@
