There is an opening for u in IBM for the Location of Bangalore and Chennai.They r looking for the pROBLEM and Chain Manager with 5+yrs of exp.

Brief JD
Problem Manager :-
Total exp should be of minimum 5 years
Exposure to one or more of the infrastructure technologies such as Unix,
DBA and Windows Servers
Exposure to ITIL processes. ITIL foundation certification is not
mandatory,
but will be an added advantage

· Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology · Has experience in Managing large Infrastructure projects for a Customer : Mastered · Has managed SLA Compliance for the customer and under taken service improvement projects : Mastered · Knowledge of ITIL Preferred. : Mastered · Has experience in facing Audits and taking corrective actions if required : Mastered · Customer facing skills. : Mastered · Defining KPI’s and ensuring review on KPI and take corrective action if necessary : Mastered · People Management and Experience : Mastered · English: Fluent
