This person would be operations representative of the R2R deals who would be validating the solutions/assumptions. This person would work closely with the sales/solutions team and would act as a consultant in signing the SOWs.

 

 

 

Areas of Work - Must have extensive exposure in below mentioned areas. Extensive exposure in GL accounting is a must. Exposure in other areas would be considered as an added advantage.

 

·         GL Accounting including reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts and Inter Co Recons

·         Fixed Assets Accounting

·         Accounting for Payroll and Taxes

·         Treasury Accounting

 

Skill-Sets Required

 

 

·         Excellent communication skills, ability to grasp complex concepts and ability to communicate internally with all stake holders and externally with customers. Excellent written and oral communications skills are a must.

 

·         Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

 

·         Experienced in managing multiple tasks/projects and priorities with the ability to escalate in a appropriate and timely manner.

 

·         Proven track record of service delivery management, excellent team building skills, people management (spl emphasis on performance management & career development) and organisation skills.

 

·         Ability to co-ordinate resources and manage relationships outside of direct line of responsibility.

 

·         Able to work in any shift

Educational Qualifications - Preferably a Qualified CA or CWAI. However, CA (Inter) or CWAI (Inter) who is not pursuing the course any further and has relevant work experience as stated below would also be considered.

 

Work experience - 5 - 6 plus years (exclude articleship experience) of overall work experience, including experience in a F&A outsourcing / off-shoring environment.
