ROLE:
Asst Manager Finance ( New Fund)
Experience : 3 – 5 yrs

Manager Finance ( New Fund ).
Experience : 6 – 8 yrs

Education: Qualified CA.

Location: Bangalore

Job Description: Responsibilities:
1) Financial accounting & reporting for Ocwen Funds Company as per US GAAP.

2) Management reporting including commentaries on business performance

3) Responsible for the system of internal controls, cost controls, and internal reporting.

4) Planning and analysis for the Ocwen Funds Company

5) Assist in preparation of organization and financial reporting structure for public offering and external reporting

KRA:
1) Preparation of financial statements for Ocwen Funds Company within the timelines

2) Handling Investor Reporting on fund performance and responding to investor s queries.

3) Comparison between plan and actual and analyzing the differences

4) Preparation of supplemental schedules and analysis on a monthly basis within the timelines

5) Assisting in preparation of annual operating plan

6) Strengthening systems of internal controls & identifying opportunities for cost reduction/control

7) Monitoring the inflow / outflow of funds; taking adequate measures to ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of organizational objectives

Skills/Experience:
1) Education: Qualified CA .

2) Experience: Ideal candidate will have experience in a finance function of a bank, securities firm, an investment house, a brokerage firm or have hedge/investment accounting experience.

3) Candidate with experience of Investment Accounting/Loan Accounting/Hedge Accounting preferred

4) Exposure to United States Generally Accepted Accounting Standards (US GAAP)

5) Multi-tasking and ability to work with tight deadlines

6) Good interpersonal & communication skills
