Change Manager Opening - Urgent 01180901

We do have an urgent opening of Change Manager from our Client IBM INDIA, Chennai. Pls find the requirement-

Position- Change Manager

Job Description -

# The Change Service Manager will own the Change Management process within IBM and will be responsible for the control of all Changes requested via the IBM Service Desk.

# All customer and end-user changes must be requested via the Service Desk and all change related escalations must be made via the Service Desk.


# The IBM and AstraZeneca Change Managers and the appropriate IBM and AstraZeneca Global Service Managers will be required to attend the Change Advisory Boards.

# Make sure that the Global Change process is followed in all regions.

Skills Required -
Change Management
ITIL Certification (Atleast Foundation level)
Good communication skill and Customer facing skills
Willing to work in Shifts

Experience - 5.5+ Yrs. of experience with atleast 3 yrs. of relevant experience

Work Location- Chennai

Job Type- Permanent
