Job Description for Manager/Senior Manager-Accounting

Qualification Graduate/Post graduate-Commerce
Professional Qualification CA-Qualified Mandatory, ICWA-Qualified canbe considered.
Current Designation Manager/Sr.Manager
Reporting Manager Will be reporting to AVP-Operations
Shift Evening shift (4.30 pm-1.30 am)
Over all yrs of experience 7-10+ Yrs
Relevant yrs of experience Min5- 7+ Yrs
CTC Range In-line with industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Essential Desirable
• Client Relationship andServicing.• Ability to manage a team of 50-100 Analysts.• Drive Operations Excellence, Process Improvements and utilizations.• Coordination and Communication with the enabling groups.• Create and provide regular MIS for management decision making.• Reward and recognize employees; track and enhance employee performance.• Must have valid passport. • Play a significant role in AttritionManagement.• Development of Individual and team Skills through training/mentoring for effective succession planning.• Enable Sign-off new process transitions; building teams for new processes.• Assist in change management.• Experience in leading process improvement projects.(Six Sigma certification preferred)• Prefer candidates with Valid B1Visa.

Domain Knowledge

• Core Accounting experience (AR/AP/GL). GL experience - Mandatory• Must have prior Onsite Transition/Migration experience. • Experience in Process Improvement initiatives. (Six Sigma methodology).• US real estate and Accounting experience.• Exposure to CTI/JDE/MRI would be a plus.
