IBM has following openings for ITIL domain

1. JOB TITLE: ITIL Service Management Coordinator -SO-GSDC

EXPERIENCE: 2-4yrs in ITIL Delivery, remote support or Desktop support,
Network Services. Tech Call centers. Relevant Exp: 1.5 yrs

DESIRED PROFILE: Very good communication skills. Should have ITIL Knowledge or certification. ITIL certification is Preferred. Willing to work 24/7.

LOCATION: Bangalore & Chennai


2. JOB TITLE: Problem Manager

EXPERIENCE: 4-6 yrs. 4 yrs relevant exp.

DESIRED PROFILE: Good understanding of any one of the DBA technologies and ITIL exposure. ITIL certification is Preferred. Willing to work 24/7.

LOCATION: Chennai


3. JOB TITLE: Incident Manager

EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM: 3-6yrs. Relevant 3 yrs exp.

DESIRED PROFILE: Candidate should have strong Incident management skills. Must be ITIL certified (Foundation). Good Knowledge of Service delivery is required. Overall 6 yrs. Experience in High Priority Incident is an added advantage. Willing to work 24/7. Very Good Communication Skill and Customer Facing Skills.

4. JOB TITLE: Change Manager

EXPERIENCE: 3-6yrs. Relevant 3 yrs exp.

DESIRED PROFILE: Good understanding of Mainframe technology, particularly in implementing Mainframe changes and ITIL exposure. Willing to work 24/7.

5. JOB TITLE: First Line Manager

EXPERIENCE: 4-7yrs.4+yrs in IT, 2+yrs People manager
DESIRED PROFILE: Good Communication Skills. Willing to work 24/7. Have understanding/Experience of conducting annual appraisals, performance goal setting, mentoring, hiring, salary management.
Awareness of ITIL frame work Mandatory.
