Job Description:
• Lead and Collaborate with functional team members on assessing functional requirements for technical viability
• Experienced in ensuring accuracy and completeness of FRICE object technical specifications
• Comprehensive knowledge of CRM Tables and function modules
• Programming experience with Interaction Center, Alert Modeler, Action Box and CRM BADI development
• Good knowledge of BDOCs, IDOC, ALE and EDI
• New Field additions through EEWB & implement associated BADIs
