Urgent opening for Associate Manager - Sap Fico

We have a suitable vacancy as Associate Manager SAP FICO with our clients who are a large, leading, rapidly growing Fortune-500 MNC utility services organization having a Global presence. IT is one of the leading Oil and Gas distribution company in Gujarat.


POSITION SUMMARY
The objective is to provide FI-CO functional expertise to organizations R/3 & IS-U/CCS implementation. This includes driving blueprint development, Configuration, Design and Testing of ISU implementation, including leading the vendor resource for timely and high quality delivery.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1) Own and Manage SAP FI-CO functional design and deliverables
2) Lead GGCL vendor teams to deliver high quality and timely deliverables in the upcoming organisation IS-Utilities implementation
3) Drive Requirements Gathering and blueprinting to meet organisations requirements and expectations
4) Define and maintain SAP SOLUTIONS STANDARDS, KNOWLEDGEBASE, and best practice; improving Solutions and design quality
5) Provide SAP SOLUTION LEADERSHIP for MULTIPLE PROJECTS working with PROGRAM LEADS in developing and driving Integrated Business Solutions; SAP Functional Knowledge areas of FI/CO, GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Account and Activity based costing
6) Maintain BUSINESS PROBLEM DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE & Cross-project coordination; SIGN-OFF all functional & technical designs
7) Ensure QUALITY and BEST PRACTICES in each SAP Functional Domain and aligning with a Cross-Functional Integrated END-TO-END BUSINESS PROCESS; including integrations with extended business systems
8) Assist PROGRAM LEADS, business SAP functional and technical leads in the INTEGRATION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES, DATA RULES, SAP technical changes & interfaces
9) Drive increased TEST CASE COVERAGE & AUTOMATION to ensure testing completeness and protect system integrity

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Level of Education: B.COM/ CA/ICWA

JOB Location: Surat( Gujarat)

Experience
5 - 12 years, 5-8 yrs SAP FI-CO functional experience
3-5 years of functional experience in areas of Finance
SAP Project implementation/rollout experience
Experience working with large distributed and multi-cultural teams
Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently in a fast paced environment
Highly motivated, self starter
