Position 1: IT Collaborative Services
Role : Advance Engineer / Engineer
Work Experience / Knowledge:
§ 2.5- 6 years in a Collaborative Services role. (Relevant Experience)
Technician of Exchange Server 2003 [Administration, Installation, Patching, Clustering], Knowledge of Exchange Server 2007 will be nice to have Technical knowledge/Configuration of SMTP gateways (IronPort), Electronic Fax services (Right Fax/FACSys), Mobile technologies (Blackberry's), Archiving/journaling (Enterprise Vault) knowledge, Knowledge of the SMTP Protocol
Previous experience in a Financial Services, highly pressured environment, essential.
Must possess an up-to-date understanding of all Infrastructure technologies and an excellent technical knowledge of Wintel Services with a clear focus on Collaborative Services disciplines
Must have L2/L3 level of Support
Experience Level: 3.5â€" 6 years

Position 2: Configuration Services (Scripting & Packaging)
Must have skills
o Wise Package studio 6.1 or greater
o XP
o Bat
o SMS 2003
- Good to have
o VB 6.0
o VB Script
- Working hours 24/5
- At least 2.5 years of experience with Wise Package studio (total experience 4-6 years)
- No onsite travel required, staff will be trained in India .

Position 3: Sever Ops
Role : Advance Engineer/ Engineer
§ Skills : Excellent knowledge of the technologies, equipment and software appropriate to the business, including Windows NT/2000 and network Fundamentals, e.g., TCPIP. MCSE grade or experience level equivalent. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work well under pressure through prioritizing and decision making good planning and problem. Flexible with time keeping and able to work in a rotation with team members to provide out of hours support.
Experience level : 3. â€" 5 years

Position 4: IT Vendor Management
Technical Skills: 2-3 years experience in IT/IS field: Asset Mgmt (Relevant Experience)
Knowledge of Software Licensing and Compliance
Knowledge of Oracle Financial PO Module
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
Experience Level: 3â€" 6 years

Position 5: Hosted Service : Citrix Scripting Knowledge , SMS .
Five years of professional work experience in an information services environment is required.
2+ years experience working with Citrix Presentation Server/XenApp
Knowledge/ Abilities:
Citrix Certification CCA required.
Experience working in an International organization that is complex, matrix managed, and involves a diverse range of cultures.
Implementation of the following:
Windows Server, and Active Directory, Windows Registry, Group Policies.
Citrix application delivery technologies.
Citrix Access Gateway technology.
Knowledge of client support and call tracking systems such as Remedy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact and communicate with a variety of individuals at all technical levels is required.
Must possess a solid understanding of software and/or hardware systems used in assigned area.
Must have exceptional ability in diagnosing and solving information system problems while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
Must have the ability to manage projects, establish priorities, meet deadlines and concentrate on detailed information in a fast-paced, demanding work environment.
The ability to influence others so that project objectives are met is required.
The ability to cooperate in a team environment is critical.
