Requirement:
Job Location : Bangalore
Experience: 4 - 10 yrs

Technical / Functional:

Very good Understanding of contact center solution market
Should have understanding on contact center solution for at least one other vendor mainly Avya, Cisco, Genisys etc
Ability to understand customer requirements, ability to have a big picture view of the whole contact center solution.
Should be familiar with emerging trend in the contact center market
Should have network level understanding for other network level components involved in the solution like MGW, MGC

Managerial:

•Ability to interact closely with end customers such as different telecom service providers
•Ability to manage relationships with various product lines of Huawei. Understand their product and interact closely with product lines to deliver the whole solution to the customer.
Roles and Responsibilities:

To understand and respond to various RFI, RFQ and RFP in the area of IP contact center domain ( ACD, CTI , IVR , Agent side applications )
Regularly Interact with customers (Telcos / Enterprises) to understand their contact center solutions at presales and post-sales stages
Work and co-ordinate with R&D to realize and deliver customer requirements.
This includes proposing technical solution and preparing Requirement Specification.
