Job description
## Should have indepth knowledge on Mainframe System programming.
Should have Remote Service Delivery
##Experience.
Attend regular meetings with SO management team from other geographies for successful transition of services to ITD GD India. Follow with Team leaders that they are also regularly in contact with their account Team leads.
Make all efforts to have regular meetings - Daily work stream call, weekly TL meetings, weekly scorecard meeting for various projects, monthly service delivery review with second line managers, and quarterly Business Controls review.
Prepare Customer plans for existing and new clients with L1 Mgrs .
Expand the capability of service delivery by hiring quality staff and implementing new cost effective solutions. Achieve resource growth rates, workforce objectives by selecting suitable candidates and preparing required training and development plan.
Exposure to ISO 9000, ITIL, Six Sigma, BS7799 and BS15000
Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
Act as a Bridge between management & the teams for bidirectional information flow.
Oversee day-to-day operations from a client's viewpoint.
Ensure adherence to company and client-defined standards and change control procedures.
Build relationships with service delivery groups throughout the company.
Coordinating with the IT Engagement, Transition & Business team to ensure smoother business transition & operations.
Provide process improvement inputs to address IT issues ITIL best practices.Familiar with Analytical and Problem Solving skills.
Effective communication and personal interaction skills
Manage hiring and readiness for all employees in the organization - partnering with internal as well as external partners.
Monitor effectiveness of developed and agreed processes.
Making team members understand how their work contributes to the success of ITD-GD India and IBM as a whole.
Make personal efforts and support in the development of ITD- GD India.
Meeting the target dates, commitments and quality objectives.
Focus and Knowledge of Business Control postures

Creating a positive environment through personal leadership.
Scheduling departmental and one to one meetings with team members
Cascading communications to team from ITD-GD management .
Develop technical talent and leadership in the team.
Encouraging innovations and good ideas.

Identify and develop future leaders with personal focus on mentoring and coaching.
All team members to complete the required technical training for successfully starting and providing the service delivery.
Manage attrition.
Manage team Goals setting and development.
## Desired Candidate Experience
15 years of minimum education required
Total 9 to 11 and relevant 6 to 8 years of experience required
